Cancelling / Forwarding Orders
Stonecoldleather.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. Customers will be charged a fee of $7-$12 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carrier. Due to or volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please call to cancel any orders within 1-12 hours, however we cannot promise we will be able to locate and cancel your package. There will be a $12 charges for all cancelled orders. It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment.

We also ship by U.S. Priority Mail ONLY TO PO BOX ADDRESSES which is about $14.95-$16.95 (depending on the weight of the package). All orders that are placed and are being shipping to these 2 locations using the Ground Method will be automatically CANCELED. We are unable to offer the flat rate shipping fee as FedEx does not provide us with that shipping rate or service to these 2 locations.

Puerto Rico Customers :
Orders can be placed online or by mailing a money order (Click Here for the form). The order cannot be sent ground. You Must Select FedEx FedEx International Economy.Please select the proper shipping method to have your order shipped.
